Non-scale victory of the week!

I did get my bike challenge done for the week! And I didn’t get up to find a late night snack because I couldn’t fall asleep!

I had to many excuses to find time for excercise! Got up to late to get all my foods in.

When I’m in between games I eat like like I’m on free days and gain weight! I need maybe over lap games so there’s no down time to gain weight!
