Fit in a old pair of jeans! Reduced sodium and and cut out sugary drinks and swelling is greatly decreasing

Made the commitment to do better. This will be my 2nd diet bet. I didn't resist temptations as well I should have last time. I have made every effort and the scale is starting to move again

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Meal prepping and making a menu for my family since my little ones don't like some of the foods I will be making. I want them to start eating better as well so if they are eating good I won't be tempted to eat their foods.
