Held 20 second planks 4 times a day in tabata. That is a huge improvement from last week.

More water because I didn't do as well at that. Also more sleep.

I resisted the temptation to cheat when out for a concert.

Less sugar free candy. Also, even though I stayed under my calories with exercise figured in, I didn't always stay at my 1700 :(
