Non-scale victory of the week!
Took the family to Disney World this weekend and was so nervous about messing it all up for this weigh in, but I made it!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
It was a rough week, and prep is still the hardest thing. I've been relying a lot on Publix salads. I also need to find the time to get my step count up and get my other exercise in.

More exercise. Will eat right, though I plan to indulge a little.
