Non-scale victory of the week!

Took the family to Disney World this weekend and was so nervous about messing it all up for this weigh in, but I made it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It was a rough week, and prep is still the hardest thing. I've been relying a lot on Publix salads. I also need to find the time to get my step count up and get my other exercise in.

More exercise. Will eat right, though I plan to indulge a little.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisted the temptation of the cookies in the meetings!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More food and more active. This was a high stress week and I had long meetings that meant no availability to eat throughout the day.

Walking has been good for me this week and I've been hitting my daily minimum steps rather consistently.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Bit high on the sodium Saturday with a bit of a cheat meal likely affected my weigh in. Not worried about it, but will do better going forward to avoid such.
