Non-scale victory of the week!

I brought a veggie platter to the lake. I also got up early to exercise on days when I knew there were going to be scheduling conflicts at my normal workout time.

I lifted heavier weights this week. I resisted chips and salsa at Chili’s when everyone else was eating them. I also made good choices at Texas Roadhouse and didn’t over eat or eat a roll.

I completed Lift4 -an 8 week Beachbody program. I raised the amount of weights I am lifting.

I am flailing with my eating. Too many cheat foods.
