Non-scale victory of the week!
I walked with my dog all the way to get the mail. That sounds silly, but where I live that's 2.25 miles! We took longer and longer walks the last 3 days and it's been so good for both of us! Biggest victory is my hip isn't hurting as much!!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I went way off track food-wise during a 3 day power outage. Everything here is electric, so no cooking, no water, no heat. We ended up just eating pizza and takeout :( Looking back, maybe we could have found healthier ready-to-eat options.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
To remember that even when I'm stressed out, I don't need to reach for empty-carb, unhealthy food. That's a big one. Also to continue gentle exercise with long walks. It makes me and my dog happy. :)
