Non-scale victory of the week!

I worked out every day for this week. Whether it was yoga or spinning or both. Also did not cheat or drink wine for the past two weeks.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly nothing. I was so on point with my meal prepping, no drinking and working out. I’m so proud with myself and hope to capitalize on my momentive.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Not eating a cheesesteak work bought but ate my balanced lunch I packed.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have said no to the ice cream sandwiches I calorie counted to fit into my diet for the day. I think a sweet every other day would be best. I need to add more cardio and weights to my workouts. I did just yoga too many times this week. I need to diversify my workouts.

Eating correctly. I’m always hungry. And it’s hard not to have a sweet a day.
