This week had been better than the last couple. My eating is better but workouts have been few.

Eating went better.... Calorie counting def better!

I did get time with family.

Food choices and getting to the gym did not go well. But myself and kids were sick almost all week..... Ugh!

Need to meal prep.... With 3 party time jobs and 3 kids life can be hectic. Also need to get house cleaned. I feel like if it was in order I'd be more organized in other areas.
