Non-scale victory of the week!

Been getting lots of steps in! Getting ready for a Disney vacation with my husband and kids! Going to start a new step bet for my trip!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Always feel that I can do better eating but now that I’m carb watching since finding out I’m diabetic I’ve got renewed purpose.

Not much... I had biopsies this last week. It was a struggle. I could have changed much.

Met my step goal nearly everyday during 2 weeks of vacation! That was a succes!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating while on vacation is very hard... saying more no and less yes would have been beneficial.
