I didn’t eat any of the cookies I made last week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Planned my meals-especially dinners- better. Meal planning is so hard for me! Well the planning isn’t as hard as the follow through with the meal plan!

I hit almost 12,500 steps last week in one day and I made my goal of 4 of 4 days to exercise last week too!

Just continue to do what I’m supposed to. It’s been hard this week because I haven’t really lost anything and I’m not cheating. My husband however has lost 14 lbs and he started after me! That’s a bit frustrating. I am definitely PMSing too so I’m sure that’s not helping on the scale. My goal is to not get frustrated and stay focused.
