What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Consistency in eating and exercise. I used to gym 5 times a week and eat really well. I made a career change into teaching in August and that has all gone out the window and I've gained 11 pounds on top of the 30 I've gained since getting married ??
