Non-scale victory of the week!

I think it was the day after my first weigh in when I was told about the health benefits of doing a 12 or 16 hour a day fast. 16 sounded too hard and so I tried 12. Well after the first day I thought it was easy & switched to 16. I feel great! I don’t eat until around 12noon and then again eat dinner, making sure not to eat after 8pm. I’ve also eliminated most alcohol. I feel clear and have been sleeping well. One day I got so busy working I only ate an apple until I had dinner. I felt fine! I am really liking this.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I would have liked to take a few more walks, an extra couple thousand steps a day would make me and my dogs happy!
