Non-scale victory of the week!

Managing to look after a very sick man without my back giving out myself. It may have hurt the next day, but I did well.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My third DietBet is definitely kaput. I would've liked to get back on track... But I'll take maintaining for now and restarting some weight loss next year.

Get back on track.. just because I can't make my other six monther doesn't mean I should give up. Getting under 16 this year would be good still, just take it very slowly for a bit.

Wore new purple skirt that's been waiting for me for two years.

I'll be at the Parental Boot Camp, so hoping to shift at least five pounds, as a lot of my current weight is BBQ bloat!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Just... Life! I've been doing so much, just little things. Wandering up the garden to find hubby, cleaning and mopping without hurting, being on my feet for hours. I have a long way to go still, but this week has reminded me why it's worth keeping on going.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Probably eaten a little more, if anything. With the number of calories my Fitbit says I'm burning, I'm allowed to eat my full 1200 calories a day, going under really isn't necessary.

Try and get more sleep, working 14 hour days is plenty to do without yawning my way through it!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Every day is a victory right now. Walking with relatively little pain, putting on clothes that hang loosely, having a shower without having to get out to rest my back halfway through.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to see myself on a more positive light. Even taking the photos for weigh in, all I was looking at were my fat legs. Somehow I need to learn to embrace the positives.

I don't mind if I don't lose weight this week, I want to make sure I hold onto the weight I'm at. So good diet, plenty of exercise, try and accept I'm only half a stone from my 2018 target and DON'T sabotage myself.

Getting back on the wagon. Two weeks' holiday did a lot of damage, but at least I'm stopping at two weeks, rather than two months, years... Or decades.

Not eaten a Ginsters cheese slice left night, but... Just but.

Going through wardrobe and removing all the outsize clothes.

Stuck a bit better to diet while friend visiting.. although I did keep to 1700 kcal each day, with loads of fruit and veg.

Kept up on second job, which I couldn't have come close to a few months back.
