Non-scale victory of the week!
Managing to look after a very sick man without my back giving out myself. It may have hurt the next day, but I did well.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My third DietBet is definitely kaput. I would've liked to get back on track... But I'll take maintaining for now and restarting some weight loss next year.

Get back on track.. just because I can't make my other six monther doesn't mean I should give up. Getting under 16 this year would be good still, just take it very slowly for a bit.
