I stuck to my diet for the most part.

No French toast. Who am I kidding? Can bread with 1/8 cup of goat milk and 3 eggs really be called French Toast? In my head with sugar free syrup is is and it keeps me semi on track

Started a high intensity bootcamp last month and it had been great. I was gaining weight while on keto but I am 1 week in on no keto

I started a boot camp. Even though it is more weights than cardio and I am not loosing weight, I feel great.

I switched to the Keto Diet vs the Smohies diet and the brain fog has finally passed
