Non-scale victory of the week!
I worked out six days this past week since I was just cleared to work out post surgery the previous Friday. So I’m feeling better, but slowly feeling good on the weight category.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Should have eaten more often. I didn’t eat enough through out each day.

Loose more weight, and add more cardio each day to boost the fat weight loss.
