Non-scale victory of the week!

Last game was a non-winner. I could not get those pounds off despite working out seven days a week. I discussed it wth my wife and decided to try again.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I workout everyday, I eat right and try to leave the table hungry. Still not losing any more weight. I had two hours of exercise on Sunday and have had 30, 60 and 90 minute exercise days since then.

Doing well on maintaining a daily exercise regimen, eating correctly and leaving the table a bit hungry instead of stuffed. Being faithful on prayer, giving thanks, conversation and meditation on my progress and goals.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been doing well in daily exercise. I have not missed a day in the last seven days. Unfortunately I have not lost the additional weight I expected to get me down to 255 which is my personal goal. The official goal is 260.0 which is what I weighed this morning.

Had a very good week, exercised everyday but Saturday when I had to travel for a birthday party.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went very well in exercising on stationary bike and treadmill I made an hour of exercise on two separate days this week. Today I did an unofficial weigh-in and have already exceeded my 4% goal of weight loss. I am going for an additional five pounds loss by final weigh-in date. I am not skipping any meals. I am eating more vegetables and exercising much more than I have for a while. I hope each of you reading this will believe it can be done for you too. It is a mindset. It is a commitment. You do have to make the decision to walk way from favorite foods and treats. You do not have to starve. Vegetables and protein contain good food, not made in a production plant, not filled with sugar and simple carbs that add weight to your body. YOU CAN DO IT!
