I exercised Saturday morning. It felt good.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I decided to reduce my meat intake this week. I look forward to seeing if it pays off in the long term. Also I've taken the stairs everyday this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to be more consistent with the foods I eat. Maybe find a healthy dessert.
