Limited my cheat day splurges eventhough I was at a friend's b-day party!

No really any! Did get in some workouts....but not feeling very successful ??

Everything! Sleep has been rough....eat cheating was off the charts this weekend, more consistentancy in drinking my water, getting more workouts!

Keeping pretty active! On my feet/walking most of Saturday & Sunday! Maintaining my goal of drinking a gallon a day of my good Kangen water, woot woot! It seriously energizes and makes me feel better!
