Work pants and shirt feel more loose.

Hands down, following my meal plan and taking my supplements. Maybe did one good day out of the week.

My largest work shirt felt loose again on me this week. Great #nsv.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water. I did much better than my usual one water bottle a day average, but fell slightly short on perhaps 2 days of my 85 oz goal.
