Non-scale victory of the week!

I did the Youth scavenger hunt & managed to jog most of it... 4.2km in 1 hour. So slower than last year, but my first run in MONTHS.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stop overeating!! I should have chosen healthy food in healthy quantities. I stopped weighing myself, & stopped counting calories. And stopped browing /r/loseit.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I felt so GOOD at silks yesterday ?? I could do and remember lots of tricks, and I felt strong ?? I felt confident. I felt like I was back. I did the crossback-straddle-butterfly yhing for the 2nd time ever.. and then the 3rd time!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't hit 10,000 steps everyday. But keeping on focusing on my food & nutrition intake ????

Non-scale victory of the week!

No binge eating!! I started to read Brain Over Binge, and this book is amazing. Seriously can't believe how much the ideas speak to me. I'm not sick or eating cos there's something wrong with me - I'm just giving in to the urges. It makes so much sense. My SV of the week: I made it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More exercise is always nice... but I'm being forgiving to myself at the moment for this. The time will come when i exercise intensely again.. but for now, my weightloss is all about food.

Felt awesome at silks! Didn't feel super fat or ugly, just happy I could do the tricks.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've had a bad mental healtg week. I got upset on Friday night (even though I ate below my calories!!) And then had a funk Saturday & Sunday. Ate a whole pizza on Sat, & then Macca's on Sun. Actually cried. I felt like a failure. Re-wrote my goals onto the fridge - still need to lose 1.5kg in a week... we'll see. I've already lost some water weight, so that's good. Next week: keep at it, keep busy, & don't beat myself up. Probably should make a Drs appointment too.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've gotten 5 & 1/2 stars on my sticker chart so far! (Out of 6). Meaning I ate at a 500kcal (or more) deficit everday.. including Australia day (Fri) & Saturday. No overeating out of boredom or being tired. Woohoo! I even got out a packet of biscuits, but then looked at the calories (250!) & put them back in the cupboard. Also didn't eat Steve's pizza or cookie! Woohoo!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should have organised more activities for the weekend. Didn't leave the house Friday (Australia Day), but did go shopping & silks on Saturday. I'd like to do more stuff to get me out of the house.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't overindulge at my work morning tea! Yay!! I ate my banana, & then snacked on melon & berries while socialising with coworkers! Woohoo! I didn't feel deprived of all the sweets, cakes & breads.. Yay me! ?? I also rode/walked every day except Friday (sick).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

??I didn't listen to my body on Friday night. It was telling me that I was tired & should go to bed. What did I do instead? I sat on the couch, & ate & ate & age. I logged it all on MFP, at least. I should have listened to my body and JUST GONE TO BED!??I also didn't go to the gyn but that's because my sickness & tiredness is worse (e.g. in bed by 7.30pm each night!!)

NSV: Walked every morning so far! Yesterday I rode my bike to work - which wasn't as hard as I was expecting! I also went to the gym to sign up. Woohoo!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't go the my 1st gym class on Monday night like I was planning. I think I need to message a friend for Wednesday morning, as a bit of accountability, cos I know she goes to that class each week.

1. Go the my 1st gym class Wednesday morning. Message my friend Katie to keep me accountable. 2. Eat WFPB... even during work morning tea! Don't succumb to the temptation. 3. Exercise eveyday, on top of cycling to work. Either a walk, gym class, or aerial silks. Every. Single. Day. Start those good habits now, to build my fitness up again. 4. Go to church on Sunday. I was too embarrassed last week cos of my weight gain... but who gives a shit.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The most challenging part is maintaining my weight over the school holidays. Being a teacher is great cos we get 12 weeks off per year... but I do *so* well with routine, & the breaks stuff me up. On the upside, the breaks are always a good reset & I come back more determined than ever.

Goals are to join the gym (Monday's job!) & then go to the gym classes Mon - Thurs. I'm also going to eat at a deficit everyday, & eat whole food - no processed crap!
