Non-scale victory of the week!

I put last months weigh-in picture alongside yesterday’s weigh-in picture and was able to notice a difference in my midsection!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stayed focus on what I eat. I ate candy like crazy!

I haven’t noticed an NSV yet but I am not discouraged. I guess that is NSV right there!

I could have controlled what goes into my mouth and I could have went to the gym!

To workout at the gym 3 days next week! To continue drinking two shakes a day, 1 healthy meal and 3 healthy snacks! And I am proud of losing 4 lbs! Cheers to those of us who are supporting and motivating each other to remain faithful to ourselves and each other!
