Lose weight the fun way.

Workout done are healthy today but it was my sons 16th birthday. I made him a red velvet Bundt cake and cream cheese frosting I ate it and it was good

Finally got up early enough to be at the gym at 4am. I was able to get my workout in.

Well. I'm going to be out for the final round. I've been stuck fluctuating 3 pounds for the last 3 rounds and am back up again. That said, I did win round 1, and I jumped into another quickstarter and am looking forward to breaking through the plateau. I have lost about 30/35 pounds since last summer and kept it off, so that's a win, even if I still have that much to go. Good luck to all who are still competing!

I started on day one weighing in at 316. Today I weighed and I am down to 266! Next week will the last week of 75 Hard”ish”. Drop in comments any ideas for next fitness challenge, please. The weight loss is starting to slow down, but I don’t mind at all. I’m continuing to switch things up, so I don’t get bored or loss hope.

So I hit my final goal weight today. I noticed something I don’t think I’ve EVER seen. My BMI no longer says overweight. I know BMI is controversial and there are many factors that can influence it but my whole life it’s been a source of embarrassment.

So this is the longest I have ever “dieted”. I had some ups and I have had many downs during the progress. But overall I’m proud of my progress. I have lost 39lbs since I started this in January.
