My towel could wrap around me and I could tuck it and it cover everything! I may be been able to do this for a little while but this week I really noticed it.

hard a couple not great days with depression. gained back some weight not much but depression was giving me a fight this week and last week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Turned down sweets all week! Was offered donuts 3 times and cake once. Even had someone eat a reeces right next to me and Dominic have yummy stuff from taco bell. Ate out twice and started on track!
