Non-scale victory of the week!

Cut out a lot of crap food and *feeling* physically improved! While I have only gone down 5-ish pound since the start (healthy 2-3 lbs/wk), I feel great!

EVERYTHING. (No, seriously). I am completely starting over after an AMAZING transformer earlier this year! I managed to gain ALL of the weight back AND THEN SOME (all in about 3 months time

I gotta be consistent with going to the gym in the morning!!! It's too easy to forgo it after working 12+ hours!!! I barely squeeked by this round, and I'm CONVINCED it's because I forced myself to workout after work these last couple of days. Here's a picture ofy favorite coworker (therapy dog!)
