What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Being consistent. I'm super pysched at the beginning, talking about how this time I'll do it...and I will, for about a week or two, then I start missing days and crawl to a stop. I'm hoping having money on the line will keep me more accountable.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I have a treadmill, some cast off weights from my brother, a yoga mat and cute new exercise clothes. The biggest changes for me would be actually being consistent. No going to sleep at different hours every night, no skipping meals because I forget to eat, getting in my full ration of water, and doing my 1 hour on the treadmill. I plan on going at a speed that I find slightly uncomfortable, always staying at that stage, and hoping that "slight uncomfortable" is a higher speed as time goes on. I also plan on weight lifting 3 times a week. Here, have a rejected photo...because I'm a silly that didn't read "must be on the scale." I let it all gloriously hang out because I want that dramatic before and after picture! ahaha
