What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Since my fasting to get the last bit off I have been eating nonstop. I have been boredom eating and have gone right back up again. I don't know how I'm going to get another 5kg off without having to go keto again.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Running- ignoring when my couch to 5k app told me to walk again, and running much further than I thought possible. And not getting the hip pain for days afterwards. My IT band still needs less weight on it but that is in progress.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating- many blowout days where I let myself snack on Martin's sugar pile without holding back. So much extra sugar.

Better diet- vego and minimal sugar Exercise- 3 runs plus a gym day to get these legs stronger.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have such a bad emotional eating habit. Food is my weakness. And I often give up as soon as I start seeing results and relax back into old ways.
