  • So this has been motivating already- my goal was to do at least 30 minutes of exercise 5/week and I ended up doing it every single day. Started taking the stairs at work too. Now if I could just figure out how to get more 😴!

Park further away from buildings. Walk to peoples office instead of calling/emailing them. Get up a little earlier if possible & walk. Walk during lunch and/or breaks. Make sure you get your 250 steps every hr.

Got up very early for a quick visit to the gym before work and now I'm ready for first nap. Anyone have any tips on how to stay awake other than downing a whole lot of caffeine?

I usually fall asleep btwn 9 and 10:30. My problem might be inconsistency.

Eating lots of small meals and snacks helps me stay awake better. Nothing high is sugar that will cause a sugar crash.

Feeling so embarrassed that I have let my weight creep up so badly yet again. Currently at the heaviest I have been in a few years. It feels awful! Hoping dietbet can work for me again and help me get back on track. Exercise is tough at the moment as I have a lower back injury, anyone with tips for good exercises for weight loss with a bad back let me know!

Went to the gym and realised in the changing rooms I had forgotten my gym leggings! Doh! BUT I came home, changed and went back out for a 45 minute walk in the sunshine!

3rd times a charm. 😃I didn’t make goal last time ( I did the 1st round). But I’m focused this go round. I did lose 3lbs...overall 16lbs in 2 months. I count that as a win. 😉 I’m in it to win it this month. 👊
