I'm doing good with my steps and working out, but my weight is hardly moving so for me it hard to keep staying on track and positive! I'm trying to remember I didn't put the weight on in a week or even a month so I have to keep working so I'm healthy for me and my life!

You mentioned doing good with steps & working out but what about your diet? How’s your water intake? Just keep pushing & don’t stress it...that keeps the weight on. :wink:

Did 9783 yesterday and 23340 on Saturday, 10806 last Friday, 19810 last Wednesday, 12496 last Tuesday, 16773 last Monday and 14541 last Sunday. I was on vacation and got lots of walking. :) Back to my desk job today but aiming for 7500 daily with hopes of 10,000 at least a few days. Also plan to use the stairs at home for 20-25 floors daily.

  • So this has been motivating already- my goal was to do at least 30 minutes of exercise 5/week and I ended up doing it every single day. Started taking the stairs at work too. Now if I could just figure out how to get more 😴!

Park further away from buildings. Walk to peoples office instead of calling/emailing them. Get up a little earlier if possible & walk. Walk during lunch and/or breaks. Make sure you get your 250 steps every hr.
