Non-scale victory of the week!
I continue to stick to the food that is allowed on my meal plan. No desserts, junk food, or alcohol for 4 weeks and still going strong!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Controlled my portions a little better. I also get confused about which macros I'm allowed on a rest day for each meal, even after checking, so I'm working on a better way to streamline the process.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
To buy heavier weights and push myself with each rep. I accept that I will struggle since this is the first week of phase 2, and I won't let it bother me if I'm not doing every rep perfectly.
