Non-scale victory of the week!

I continue to stick to the food that is allowed on my meal plan. No desserts, junk food, or alcohol for 4 weeks and still going strong!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Controlled my portions a little better. I also get confused about which macros I'm allowed on a rest day for each meal, even after checking, so I'm working on a better way to streamline the process.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To buy heavier weights and push myself with each rep. I accept that I will struggle since this is the first week of phase 2, and I won't let it bother me if I'm not doing every rep perfectly.

My pants are feeling much more loose! I'm gonna need to buy new pants soon!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I got some of my macros mixed up for my meal plan, but I stuck to the food list! I want to come up with a way to remember what foods I get to eat at specific times.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To keep pushing through each rep. We're doing 2 sets of 15 reps again and it was rough today, but I want to focus on believing that I can do it, even when the muscles start to burn!

I stuck with every workout and didn't eat any junk food!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Done better with the timing of my meals. In some cases I waited longer than 3 hours between meals to eat.

Stick to meal times. Set reminders so I know which macro nutrients to eat throughout the day.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I'm not overweight to begin with and weight loss has always been slow for me. I want to lose extra baggage, but nothing drastic.
