1200 a day but try to stay close to 900. My metabolism is just completely shot.

900 is NOT enough for anyone. Everywhere I have seen says 1200 minimum especially if you are active

That is a lot of progress!! The scale doesn’t tell the full story you are probably gaining some muscle weight!

Look at is as positive reinforcement! I lost my 1st two games I joined. But that lead me to look at what i was doing on a daily basis, so I started tweaking some things, like tracking my food and actual calories burn and little by little I noticed big changes. I didn’t follow the scale as much as measurements and non-scale wins. Like running a 5k, then a 10K. Then all of the sudden the weight started dropping and I won two games in a row. :laughing: keep it up and don’t give up! This is a long journey but a very worthy game! See you at the next game!

Hey amazing people! It is time for our Round 1 weigh-in!

Honestly didn’t think I would make the weigh-in today due to less than healthy carbs last night. To my surprise, I lost the last lb and then some. It’s all about moderation (which I can’t say I even had last night).

Today, when I gave blood, my blood pressure was the best it's been for over 10 years, 104/58, pulse 60. I've been consistently working out for 6 months with virtual workouts and its paying off.

Now to get my eating habits fixed!
