Life is hard. Why is it so difficult to get this weight off? I just need to focus and stop eating the junk food. Here we go. April we can do it! This is my birthday month.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate less bad things this week but was not awesome.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like if I could just control my emotions more then I would be able to feel better about how I'm doing each week. I mean I'm losing weight each week still but I feel that I could be doing better. On the bright side I learned how putting on some colored lipstick can make my self-confidence I have a Boost.

I'm still trying to do at least 10 minutes of exercise everyday. I also would like to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My non scale victory for this week would be that I tried yoga for the first time using a bigger girl beginner yoga on YouTube and I really liked it and it seemed to call me down a little bit and help me relax.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I let my emotions get the best of me. There were some days that I overeat and then there were some days that I didn't eat much at all. I just need to get my emotions in check so that I can feel healthier.

I'd like to try to maybe bring my lunch every day this week to work because the food that we get fed at my job is really good but I never know how they're making it so I can never really exactly count the calories for the carbs or anything really.
