gave up sugary foods for lent and am now not craving sweet foods anymore

Meal prepped, cooked my own pies and I’ve been really focused

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Bedtimes need to be worked on, as does 20mins of me time for meditating etc.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I start off a diet really well, exercising (a bit like a New Years resolution, which wains over time), eating lots of fruit and veg but my enthusiasm begins to fail. Self sabotaging behaviour, something I need to change in myself.
