Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't get too down on myself for losing my last DietBet. I still made progress, and I'm not stopping now.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I gave into a lot of temptations. I had McDonald's and ate far too many snacks. And none of that was worth the calories or the extra weight it kept me from losing.

Walk more. We had an April ice storm and then snow. But hopefully this week we can get outside a little more.

Purchased a pair of jeans that are 2 sizes smaller than all of my others.

Staying motivated and not letting small setbacks get me off track long term.
