Non-scale victory of the week!
My boyfriend and I went for dinner last night and I didn't finish my whole meal! I only ate half and saved the rest for lunch. It's sounds so small but it was a big deal for me! Also I did 2 hours at the gym on Monday which is my longest gym time ever (and I did 40 min cardio!)
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I I could have been more consistent with my diet but overall I am making huge progress!

4 days of Excercise and log food everyday! Oh and 8 cups of water a day!
