Non-scale victory of the week!

Doing the crossfit open and getting an average score when I don't even do crossfit. Also, getting to the gym when I was absolutely lethargic and didn't feel capable.

Ate a bit of garbage on the weekend, but it wasn't enough to hinder my progress

Non-scale victory of the week!

Did chin ups at the gym. 3 workouts today. Waist is smaller even though weight is stuck.

No salty food over the weekend to ruin my trendline.

Maintenance day today, but still had plenty of micros and did a nice hike followed by some powerlifting

Expecting some water weight from the Chinese food, but it should disappear within 2 days.

Calipered at 1% lower body fat

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week went perfectly. I did several hours of hiking and powerlifting. I even did crossfit cardio by myself and finally got 2 chin ups.
