Saw a friend I haven’t seen in a year, and she asked if I’ve lost weight!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could’ve made better food choices and drank way more water. I was out of town for a work event (working a booth at an expo), and I did NOT get my water in OR make good food choices while out of town.

I fit into a Large sized shirt (instead of XL) for the first time in a long time!

Less sodium & less diet soda

Less sodium & less diet soda. Get to sleep no later than 10pm every night, and start waking up early for morning workouts.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I walked 7.5 miles the other day instead of my usual 4.5! It was a couple different trips, but definitely still a win :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I absolutely overindulged last Friday. I drank beer for the first time in several weeks, and the scale did NOT like it the next day.

Not indulge too much on Valentine’s Day, and find a way to work out daily even though temps are freezing outside (I’m a walker, and this is my only real form of exercise/significant movement.)

Walked 4.5mi today! (My “usual” is 3mi/day)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Resisted junk food. I had a bad day yesterday with food/no exercise, but I got right back on track today. I won’t let the indulgences or “slip ups” define my journey...instead I’ll use them as fuel to keep pushing harder to reach my goal.

Work out 7 days in a row, keep abstaining from alcohol during the week (and only allow 1-2 drinks on weekends as an indulgence/“cheat”), no fast food
