Non-scale victory of the week!

My size 10 torrid pants fit me! I bought them when I was 180 something and they were a bit tighter, but I was able to wear them out this week. Still a bit snug, but happy!

Not eating so much sugar.

Not wearing as much makeup, waking up at good times mostly, staying organized.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am in my apartment and I have almost no unhealthy food here at all!!!! The 'worst' things I have are life cereal and applesauce. I'm trying to eat less sugar and more 'whole foods' so processed things like those are a no-no. I have actual apples! And I'm cooking steak right now!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Yesterday I ate fried chicken and sweet tea. I probably shouldn't eat those, but I don't go out to eat often. As long as I don't do that too often I think I will be okay right? I also went out to eat last week like three times... Had visitors... And stress.

I ate pretty healthy, and I think made up for my eating too much with eating less yesterday. It made me happy to have the self control.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I hurt my back, so I can't really exercise much, although I would have liked to. I guess the next month I will be focusing on my diet!

One of my older shirts fit me better. :) It's a size XL and it fit pretty lose when I got it. Before I started this app, lose it, and all that I was sneaking into the 250s like nope bruh. That shirt was so tight I didn't even want to wear it.

Exercising more. My diet was great basically. I went over a few days but not by much. I'm eating healthier for sure.

I didn't go out to eat at all! I added blueberries into my diet, and I love having them for breakfast and snacks. I also got my boyfriend looking into doing dietbets too!

Exercised more. I still need to download the couch to 5k app I think it would really be helpful.

I feel like this week was a fail honestly. I don't even know how I lost any weight at all.

Not eating out at restaurantsand actually exercising like I am supposed to :/
