Walking all over Penn State campus, up hills and not getting tired AT ALL!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Ate better. I was using my mom's move as an excuse to eat poorly. I thought with the exercise I was getting though would even it out but I was wrong. The pounds are flying back on and I need to buckle down and get serious.
