What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I am breastfeeding and inorder to produce enough milk, I have to maintain my calories. Also with a 2 1/2 month old, trying to get a workout in is sometimes difficult. But I know I will regret it if I don't, but I never regret it when I do. So I keep pushing myself. I want to be confident in my body so I don't sit on the sidelines, I get out there and run and play with her.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goal each week is to stay within my required calories for producing milk, but nothing more. No snacking (no bread, pasta, chips, soda, juices, sweets, etc). I am trying to make each meal count. High fiber, high protein, good source of nutrients. Which means I cook two separate meals for myself and my husband at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Also I just bought a mini in home trampoline, so I am trying to jump on it to get some in home cardio, 15mins here, 15mins there. Sometimes I feel silly. But I need to stay active.
