Non-scale victory of the week!

Getting up Sladdin more often, sometimes twice a day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My dinners have been too big for the last week, I’m great during the day and then have been going crazy at night and eating way too much. Need to get control of that again.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Continue to get up Sladdin in the afternoon as well as morning 2/3 times a week. Do a kettlebell workout at home. Control eating, particularly dinners.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went out to breakfast with friends and ordered a meal without the potatoes. I love potatoes so this is massive for me!

Ate too much and too many treat items. Didn’t exercise enough.

Go up Sladdin at least 4 times a week, do a couple of home workouts and eat well by making good food choices and watching portion sizes.

Walking again regardless of sore ankle.

Could have controlled food eaten and portions more whilst away for the weekend.

Have been making better food choices generally, less food at each meal and better type of food being eaten.

Continued making good food choices after I rolled my ankle.

Keep working out, even though I have rolled my ankle, do other workouts that I can manage. Do 4 workouts this week and keep making good food choices.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’m really disappointed that I’ve put on all this weight, after being a little over this weight 2013 and working hard to lose it all and getting to my goal. I was certain I never wanted to feel this big and uncomfortable in my own skin again. I did it. I put on all the weight again, even though I felt so good being fit and strong. I’m sad, disappointed and ashamed. But this marks the beginning of changing it again.
