Getting up Sladdin more often, sometimes twice a day.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My dinners have been too big for the last week, I’m great during the day and then have been going crazy at night and eating way too much. Need to get control of that again.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Continue to get up Sladdin in the afternoon as well as morning 2/3 times a week. Do a kettlebell workout at home. Control eating, particularly dinners.
