Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve decided to give up added sugar for lent, more as a way to become conscious of what I consume (and to see if it affects my migraines). It’s already been tough! I’m excited to see how it goes though—fingers crossed I don’t mess up TOO often.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have been better about making real, nutritious dinners, and not eating while watching something mindlessly.

Long-term goal weight

105 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’m really trying to address my eating habits more than anything, and that makes me nervous. They’re pretty ingrained, and I definitely use good as a crutch.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I’d like to be more consistent with my workouts, but really I want to eat in a more mindful, healthy way (like I used to), and try to get back into a healthy sleep pattern. So less added sugar, carbs, no eating in front of the computer... no food after 9.
