I went to the gym 4 days last week :)

I have noticed when I get home from the gym I am starving. I will snack on carbs until my food is made. I need to stop

Non-scale victory of the week!

I went to the gym 4 days last week, and the week before. Trying to be consistent. Also not eating carbs in the morning and fueling my body with fats and protein
