No carbs. Hardly any fat. Lots of fluids

Non-scale victory of the week!

Exercised 4 days but ate too much of the wron foods.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My food was too much and lots of carbs. I allowed events to get the best of me. I will concentrate on the right foods.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Consistent exercise with busy family, work, commute, church, etc. I love to eat.
