Non-scale victory of the week!

I have lost 25 pounds since my last weigh in! Super excited by my progress. Even if I win nothing, I am doing so much better than I was months ago. Indeed and upward!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Eating more veggies and fruits. Took 4 soul cycle classes. Walked a lot!

Went out with friends and got derailed. And had girl scout cookies. Again. Devils dessert.
