Non-scale victory of the week!
I made time to prep my paleo-friendly food. I did not have any craving for carbs, such as pasta or rice. I also start using only lemon and olive oil on in my salads. I walked for 20-30 mins twice this week and will increase the time next week or changed to different working out plan.
