Non-scale victory of the week!
I only had three drinks this week, less than half of my usual. I hiked most days and spent a day kayaking, so I was pretty active.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Not snacked so much - we have fudge bars, and I’ve been eating at least two a day.

Go to the gym at work every day, keep up the alcohol goals, no more than one serving of ice cream a day.
