I am a half pound away from my goal. I submitted my weight this morning, as that is usually my lightest…but is there anything I can do today (that isn’t too extreme) to get rid of that last half pound? And if I do, can I update my weigh in if they already accepted it?

Not sure about resubmitting. Try looking at your account on your computer instead of the app. There are more options. Also, email. Every time I’ve dealt with the officials they have been friendly and reasonable.

A run does the trick for me if it's close! And agree, you might have to email support to resubmit, cause I don't think it'll give the option in the app after they accept it
