Non-scale victory of the week!

I got a clean bill of health from my cardiologist!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Food! I ate super irradically this week. Junk food and whenever I wanted instead of sticking to a schedule.

Long term consistency. I find it hard to stay on track the longer I'm trying to lose weight.
