Non-scale victory of the week!

I ordered dresses in a size up so that I know that they would fit.. and they did! didn't try to squeeze into anything.. or save clothes that don't fit saying "I'll fit one day"

more movement... a 30 min workout isn’t enough for the goals I have set for myself
