Consistency is key when it comes to making progress over a long period of time. Don't be discouraged with the day to day fluctuations in your weight. As you can see I lost a lot of weight in the first 2 weeks (probably mostly water weight) and then very slowly continued to lose over 2 months. Some days my weight went up and some days it went down a lot. If I gave up on those days where I wasn't happy with the number I saw on the scale I wouldn't continue reaching my goals. Just thought I'd share.

Making it a goal to close my rings every day. There have been 1-2 days this month that I really didn’t feel like doing it but I pushed myself. And I’m glad I did! 3.5 pounds to go 😱
