I have never been as heavy as I am today. I’m ashamed embarrassed and feel truly disgusting. I have no idea how I got so laced but I never want to feel like this again. New day 1 today

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started working out with a trainer AND went on a family kayaking trip! I have so much more energy than when I started this process!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My eating has been very laxed the past week or 2. I need to stay more rigid. Disappointed I gained since ending last challenge.
